Replace & Return Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value, but in case you are unhappy with the merchandise we have a very flexible replace/return policy which are absolutely customer friendly.
We will accept replace/return which is informed to us within 5 days of your receiving the product. In case we do not hear from you during these 5 days we will assume that you are satisfied with the product.
If you do not find the product(s) satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:
· It should be unused.
· Price tags, brand tags, and all original packaging must be present .
Refund for Return Policy
As soon as a Return ID is generated, we will pick up the product within 3 Business Days. All goods will be inspected when they are received in our warehouse. When the product passes the quality check we will initiate the refund and it may take around 7 business days to reflect in your account.
